This policy applies to indigenousfirstpowersports.com, our financing application, our social media pages and ads, and any conversation you have with our team by phone, text or email. It is written to meet Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

When you browse, enquire, or apply for financing we may collect:

• Contact details: name, address, email, phone number
• Identity details: date of birth, government ID information
• Financial details: employment, income, housing costs, existing obligations
• Credit information from credit reporting agencies, with your consent
• The machine you are interested in and any trade-in details or photos
• Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser information, referring ad or campaign

We never ask for, and do not store, online banking passwords.

• Arrange delivery, registration and plating of your machine
• Contact you about your application, purchase or delivery

• Meet legal, regulatory and lender obligations

Submitting a financing application is your consent for us and our lending partners to obtain your credit report from a credit reporting agency (such as Equifax or TransUnion) and to share your application with the lenders best suited to it.

• A lender inquiry may appear on your credit file
• Each lender handles your information under its own privacy policy
• You can withdraw an application at any time by contacting us, though information already sent to a lender is governed by that lender

Applying does not obligate you to buy, and every financing decision is made by the lender, on approved credit.

We share personal information only as needed to serve you:

• Lenders and financing partners
• Credit reporting agencies
• Delivery, transport and registration partners
• Insurance and warranty providers, if you ask us to arrange them
• Service providers that run our website, forms, CRM and messaging
• Authorities where the law requires it

We do not sell or rent personal information.

When you submit an enquiry or application you agree that we may contact you about it by phone, text message and email. If you also opt in to marketing, we may send you offers and inventory updates.

We follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and will not send commercial messages without your consent.

Our financing application is delivered through a secure third-party form provider, and our site links to lenders, manufacturers and social platforms. Their sites and services have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
