Machines listed online or through our team are subject to:

• Availability
• Prior sale
• Supplier changes

We aim for accurate pricing and inventory but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and may include:

• Freight
• PDI
• Admin fees
• Taxes or licensing fees

Prices may change without notice.

Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, certified funds, or approved financing.

Financing is issued through third-party lenders. Approval depends on:

• Credit
• Income
• Lender guidelines
• Unit type

We cannot guarantee approval.

Rates, terms, and payments come from the lender, not Indigenous First Powersports. Co-signers may be required based on the application.

We deliver straight to you. Typical delivery times are 3–10 business days, depending on location. Remote areas may take longer.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or distance are outside our control. Units are insured during transport.

Every unit receives:

• A full mechanical inspection
• Safety checks
• Pre-delivery prep

Used units may show normal wear. Photos aim to show accurate condition but may not capture every detail.

We can assist with paperwork. If needed, we can plate your machine before delivery, depending on your province.

Buyer is responsible for provincial fees and insurance requirements.

Warranty depends on the unit:

• New units include manufacturer warranty
• Used units may include optional extended warranty

Claims must follow the provider's process.

All machine sales are final.

Because units are registered, plated, and shipped, we cannot accept returns. We ensure you receive photos, videos, specs, and condition details before purchase.

Trade value depends on:

• Market
• Year
• Mileage
• Condition
• Modifications

A final value may require inspection or review of photos.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage after delivery
• Mechanical issues caused by misuse or lack of maintenance
• Transport delays
• Issues from financing providers
• Loss of use or downtime

Responsibility ends once the unit is delivered and signed for.

Disputes must be submitted in writing. We attempt fair resolution first. If needed, disputes follow provincial laws and may require mediation.

We may update these terms at any time. Using our services after updates means you accept the revised version.
